We have a contract all parties must sign. Deposit is required then payments are accepted until foal is weaned. 

We would love to tell you more about this mare, you can FaceTime us or if local, come visit. After foal is born expect a ton of photos and videos.

We foal our mares out in a stall with 24/7 recordings. There are also pasture cameras. We are putting hands on them daily to monitor progress.
